Reliance Digital — Product not delivered and no proper response

Dear sir,
I ordered and item 1st july 2020, and the parcel has to come come to my location by 8th july 2020. When i called the customer care they are saying the our team will contact you but no one has contacted and there was no intimation of product delivery from them.
Please be helpful to get my ordered product.
