[Resolved] Reliance Digital — product not delivered completely and harassment from reliance employees | |||
I purchased a lg boom box (Consist of one boom box, one tripod stand and one mic) on 24/10/17 from reliance digital axis mall kolkata and delivery was promised on 25th but the item was not delivered rather i received sms that your product has been delivered. After huge follow up and request the product was partially delivered on 28th evening. On non delivery of its tripod stand i went to store to enquire about the same and was kept awaited for 3 hours by crm desk and was given info that it will delivered by 1st november 2017 and on 1st november i got a call to collect the item from store. The process of treating the customer is really bad and unacceptable Reliance digital should answer about the harassment and delivery of the product Was this information helpful? | |||
