Reliance Digital — Product not received and delayed. Customer support is not helping

I placed an order on 2nd July 2025 from Reliance Digital (Order ID: RD686544C40EE0807C85) for a washing machine. The promised delivery date was 4th July 2025 by 9 PM, but as of 5th July, the product is still "In Process" — it hasn't even been shipped.

I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but they are not providing any proper response or resolution. No tracking number, no timeline — just complete silence. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for such a big brand.

I request Reliance Digital to either deliver the product immediately or initiate a refund without further delay. Other customers should be aware of this poor service experience.
