Dear Team,

I am Omprakash Vishwakarma

I have purchased refrigerator this Sunday 14th May 2017 (SAMSUNG RR19M12822BZ) from Reliance Digital Store Times Square Sakinaka. It was scheduled to deliver on Monday 15th May 2017.

But still I have not got the Refrigerator at my place
I called up store & spoke to Ms. Divya, she says it is already delivered, but I have not got the same. She doesn't have any idea what is the status.

I called up customer care on toll free no. they also does't have any idea, about the status.

What is this going on.. ? Please can any one let me know when my refrigerator be delivered to my address.

I got a call from Reliance Consumer Complaints forum from a person called Rahul Sharma. When I asked about my refrigerator delivery, he said he will deliver in 45 days. and he used absuive launguage..

If I purchase any product how can anyone deliver in 45 days.

This is Pathetic on the part of RELIANCE DIGITAL, AND EVEN AMBANI'S RELIANCE

I want this person Rahul Sharma to apologise.
