[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — provided faulty apple macbook air and now deny to repair/replace

I bought Apple macbook Air from reliance digital on 26 Jan 2017. After some 4 month o[censored]se one day it stopped getting charged and turned off, I took it to Apple care where they told that it got some faults and we need to pay 48thousand to get it repaired because my product doesn't cover warranty (which it should). Then I took my laptop to Reliance digital they submitted the laptop for investigation but didn't came back, after so many mails and follow ups they respond that the laptop cannot be repaired as they don't provide warranty on the product. And when I collected my device they literally bumped it and it has 2 big dents. Now this case passed 3 months but I am not getting any response or satisfactory results from Reliance digital. I am very disappointed and harrased . They are cheating people by selling old product on New rates . They have sold us the used Apple product (display items) and did not told us about the warranty procedure.
I am feeling cheated and hopeless.
Please help us to get justice against reliance digital, they should provide is new laptop.

I have attached the Apple customer service report also. After raising voice on social media the reliance digital is putting the blame on us and saying that they found water inside laptop which is totally false. They are fabricating the issue so that they need not to provide warranty.
