Reliance now irritating me n their engineer offer me to sale this washing machine which was purchased in feb 2017 saying technical part is not available. This is happned whn it is under warranty. I had even opted 3 yrs extended warranty with payment n stll asked me to sell this machine to them n offering us 3 k by themselves. Is this not radiculous no option left to move consumer court..!!

    I had placed the reliance jio phone order on 24th aug and the phone was promised to be delivered in the first week of sept. We received the phone in the 1st week of november. I tried to cancel the phone in the interim and they completely denied to accept cancellations. They have linked our phones to our aadhar cards and then ask us to sell it to some one else which is very risky. This is unfair to the consumers.

    Last month 14/10 /2017 TV not working but complaint again & again not resolve my problem I call customer care Manny time

      It is indicating that phone has been used earlier (One year ago) or before my purchase and it is not a brand new set as committed by company. So, please do the needful as soon as possible for the costumer point of view.

        Dear sir iam k suresh babu from ongole, usually i will purchase electronic items from reliance digital store i have purchased a kent water purifier from our ongole reliance digital store, but it was giving problem from the first month onwards, usually i will stay in bangalore for my job purpose so my parents are not able to communicate with customer service, i alreday given a complaint to mr. Madhu (Service representative) he has visited our house and done repair but again and again it is giving problem, even madhu also not responding now on the issue, he is unable to do anything, he has taken our divice for repair purpose before two months but till now he didn't return it back, my parents got health issues because they taken un purified water from our divice kindly consider my request and respond soon if possible please replace the peace with other or else i will file a case against ur store in consumer court.

          We have pre booked the 2 phone with same phone number [protected]. We received only one product.
          Reason for not receiving the other one is the retailer-ombr layout have incorrectly entered the mobile number that is [protected].

            Not yet installed washing machine till today
            My registered mobile number [protected].

            I have purchased samsung washing machine as 03/10/2017th, thinking that it will be installed within 24 to 48 hours and till today 7th november 2017 its not yet installed.
            When i called the technician number, which i received on registered number, he provided another technician number names since last 10 days these customer care playing will send today tomorrow... And instillation not yet done.

            When contacted call support contact number and spoke to many customer care executives they provide me reference number [protected] as well as compliant number[protected]
            Now need answer to my questions point wise
            1. When will my washing machine installed?
            2. Is this the customer service you people providing to your customers after taking payments?
            3. What is the action taken on the customer associates worst service
            4. I need compensation for delay in instillation.
            5. I need call back from your service manager right away?

            customer care number [protected] called this number they provided this reference and complaint numbers gave but that 2 numbers are fake customer care Executives cheated me.

              On[protected] i had purchased a hp laptop from reliance digital phoenix market city, viman nagar, pune. The laptop had some fault so i got a replacement letter from the service center. When returning the laptop, for another piece on[protected], the deduction were not done in a proper way. When asked about the discounts they said that as it is a replacement so the discount is not given. Its only valid on a new purchase. M i purcasing an old piece of laptop? So why the discount is not levied on my piece. Or is it because i had paid the amount to reliance, so they were dictating on their terms? Also when refunding the remaining amount as in form of gift card, the amount refunded was lower than the original amount to be refunded (Which includes the discount price).
              The staff who sold me the laptop was like, his liability was only till i paid the amount in the counter.
              Never have i faced this in reliance.
              Please see to it that my remaining amount of the discount is also refunded to me as soon as possible.

                Dear reliance,

                In continuation to discussion had last time, we are again being humiliated by your service center, gurgaon. I had done complaint regarding problem in lg refrigerator at your customer care. Relaince engg visisted us at 19 oct and give us service report as attached. There was problem of cooling due to gas leakage. Your service team was not capable to finding leakage in our refrigerator since last 2 year. I dont know why reliance is having such non performing service center or such people.

                Apart from that, after that no communication has been done by your service center when gas will be refilled or when engg will visit again. We tried to contact mr. Rajesh ([protected]) so many times, but he didnt care to attend customer problem and didnt pick our calls. At last after so many followup he gave us no of mr. Kashish ([protected]). Mr. Kashish has no sense of communication with customer. He misbehave with customer and didn't give them reply. Most of time he didn't care to pick phone. Both mr. Rajesh and mr. Kashish are black spot on reliance and their profession.

                Is this the policy of "reliance digital" to misbehave with customer. These third class persons like mr. Rajesh and mr. Kashish gives bad names to company and company is tolerating them. As per trailing mail, we had felt such bad experience with mr. Kashish last time also. And we also write to company but still same behaviour. Reliance also not take any action to improve their employee behavior towards customer.

                We sincerely request you to take back refrigerator and refund us depreciated amount as per resq plan.

                  I purchased iphone 7 from reliance digital on dec'16 (Location : ground, first & second floor, no. 184/1b, mount ponnamallee road, katupakkam, ponamallee, thiruvallur, tamil nadu 600056), while purchase i checked & confirmed the cash back offer with citi bank credit card.

                  But i didn't received any cash back (Rs 7000) for my purchase, i checked with the store and they told its not their problem.
                  1. 1st store visit : 08-mar'2017 :- response : check after 11- mar'2017
                  2. 2nd store visit : 12-apr'17 :- response : no positive response

                  I raised customer complaint with customer care but no response (18-may'17 :- complaint no :[protected] & 08-jun'17 :[protected]

                  But still no proper response from reliance..

                  I still appreciating reliance for recruiting nice persons as floor manager. Mr. Mahesh (Id no :[protected] is the floor manager there, he addressed my query in a positive way and supported me in an excellent manner.

                  He solved the issue and gave my money back from his own money on 06-nov'17.

                  Initially i had a worst feeling about reliance, but the positive approach of your floor manager made me to change my feeling about reliance.

                  His approach made me and my family to be a reliance customer for ever.

                    Sir, i bought a 55 inch mu 6470 samsung uhd tv from madurai vishal de mall digital store on 17.10.2017. My name is k. Christin bai. I received the tv on 22.10.2017 with the wall mount. The 3.1 wireless sound bar is missing. I asked with the store so many times and as well the customer care number many times. Every time i received the answer from your people that we will supply in 2 or 3 days. I am board of hearing the same answer every time. Now 20 days gone till i have not received the unit. Kindly do the needful to get the sound bar immediately. I need a responsible answer from the company.
                    My friend bought the same tv from another store in madurai on the same day the cost is also cheaper than reliance digital and with the tv itself he go the sound bar. But reliance digital is still not giving the unit. It is very worst and how can i refer others to you or i can buy from you. I am an exisiting customer. I bought many home appliances from you.                       provided faulty apple macbook air and now deny to repair/replace

After some 4 month o[censored]se one day it stopped getting charged and turned off, I took it to Apple care where they told that it got some faults and we need to pay 48thousand to get it repaired because my product doesn't cover warranty (which it should). Then I took my laptop to Reliance digital they submitted the laptop for investigation but didn't came back, after so many mails...

                      I purchased reconnect 43' smart tv in reliancedigital, i made a payment rs.32990 but actual tv cost rs.27990 rs.5000 extra for 1yr warranty that i knew after payment i told to manager kindly cancel 1yr extra warranty and refund my extra rs.5000 which i paid. Store people not at all respond till now. It's already 8days over i gave complaint to reliance customer support through call that people very busy with other customers but no one responding.

                        I ordered refrigerator/ washing machine / stablizer on november 2, 2017 at kumaran nagar reliance digital store chennai and my order is not delivered yet. The order is supposed to be delivered on november 3, but they were not able to deliver. It should have at least delivered today.
                        Already raised 2 compliant yet could not see any action taken yet.
                        This is never expected from reliance store who takes prior concern about consumer.

                          And on 3rd november 2017 i got this message on my number.

                          Dear zaid, the wait is over! Buy your iphone x by visiting the store and paying the balance amount for pre-booking order id: jef03963142. Jio store, shop no 8, liberty housing society, opp lane 5, (N) main road, koregaon park, pune

                          I went to this store and they said to me stock is not available of iphone x it will take more 1 week then why i got the message on 3rd of november 2017

                          There i asked about iphone x they said we have the stock of iphone x but we cannot give you because you have booked online and your store is allotted is dx mini in koregaon park pune so we cannot give you if it's the same reliance store why the hell they are not giving what policy this and why the hell you send me the message to go and take it today and how can your one store have stock and other store don't have

                            On 15th oct.'17 i bought the product from ashima mall bhopal store and after the delivery no one came for activation on their said time, even after i made many calls to them but they came after 3 days when i mailed in their ho and they were very rude and unprofessional as its my fault that i had purchased in festival period. Also their delivery person was very unprofessional as he was forced to come there but he is not interested in delivering the product & using abusing words to my sister & mother. When i said them that i do not want to take the product because as now after their no response and now no one from the store and upper department responding properly. Kindly do the needful for the same. Everyone from the store are not responding, that product (Samsung refrigerator) was taken via bajaj finserv loan. I asked to cancel the deal but they are not taking any action. My bajaj loan is not cancel and it would be harmed me by emi. Kindly check and do needful i am feeling trapped by reliance digital. Please help me out with the same.

                              Since few days many channels like ndtv, bbc, mtv, colors, cnn, sony, sony max etc (List goes on) are off air. Tv screen flashes this message "dear customer, channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly". This do not seem to be temporary. The problem stretched for too long and instead of solving the problem, more channels are going off air. Calling to customer care is total waste of time and reason to lose peace of mind. Customer care service is totally useless. Resume service soon or expect legal complaints.
                              Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Sir i recharge my big tv acount in aug.2017 to sept.2018 for one year now i want to refund my money becouse big tv has expiry on nove.mystb no.[protected] i purchase this 7 year but now it not work propaly many channel closed.may i sure this is very bad for consumer to treat that way.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                My self linus pravasi gandhinagar, i am using big tv from last 10 years.
                                My details are as bellow.
                                Smart card no :[protected].
                                From last 2 week the channels are shutdown and i am not able to see the programs. I had called to big tv customer care and logged the complaint. But the customer care team closed the complaint with out attend the problem.

                                Till the time your are not attend the complaint.
                                I am not paying the current month rental.
                                You should not playing with customers. If this issues is not resolved with in by tomorrow i am escalating this further.

                                Hy this arun from ongole I dont no why they had shop my channels (Gemini and etv) our call also not reaching to u call will ending without saying my problem so check my problem once From one month we are not getting this channels. I hope you will check my problem. project as soon as possible. Thank you

                                  I purchased a lg boom box (Consist of one boom box, one tripod stand and one mic) on 24/10/17 from reliance digital axis mall kolkata and delivery was promised on 25th but the item was not delivered rather i received sms that your product has been delivered.
                                  After huge follow up and request the product was partially delivered on 28th evening. On non delivery of its tripod stand i went to store to enquire about the same and was kept awaited for 3 hours by crm desk and was given info that it will delivered by 1st november 2017 and on 1st november i got a call to collect the item from store.

                                  The process of treating the customer is really bad and unacceptable

                                  Reliance digital should answer about the harassment and delivery of the product

                                      I purchased a sony 32 led tv (Model: 32r412b) on 24.03.2015 with 2 years of extend warranty.

                                      From the last 6 months it got trouble for about 2 times and i continuously trying to reach the service center, but the response at service center was very poor, i raised request on 30.09.2017 and the service request has been picked upon 10.10.2017 and i was assured to get the standby tv after our tv has taken for servicing but i didn't received any, even the service rescq people was not at all responding (Not picking my calls as well). Even customer care was not supporting good, when i visited the store at saturday 21.09.2017 they assured to provide the tv by today. But still yet i didn't got any update regarding the delivery and getting no support from the service center.

                                      I bought washing machine last year make whirlpook. Wrost service i hate reliAnce digital no response customer. I was called several time but no use. No customer and product service. In my expetience Pls dont buy there. incase If you buy but no go additional warranty. If i called whirpool they attend and cleared 6 hrs but 7 days finished. But did not come service engineer.
                                      I called customer service and shop. But no use.they told order drum. I do know your service style. No one person visited how u find problem. I dont want your service. In my past experience how i travelled with you still three years. Not possuble. Becoz your not do service so pls refund my money.
