Dear sir
I have purchased washing machine on16th oct from reliance digital express viviana mall thane. They did not delivered product on said date. Last four days your executive kalpana who is handling delivery department just promising me and your service centre just sending complaint no sms but no body coming for demonstration. Yesterday your service centre executive santosh patil called me and he said i am not able to send executive today on said address but tomorrow morning 9.30 i will send person but nobody come from your side and santosh patil is not receiving call
