As part of relocation process I have raised a request to uninstall my connection on 30-JAN-2017 which was done on 31-JAN-2017. On 31-JAN-2017 I have called up customer care to update my new address and raise new request for instalation. The executive was updated my new address but didn't raise a request for installation. I relaized this on 2-FEB-2017 and and asked to raise a request. There is a request #[protected] to install my connection back. As part of following up with customer care I am getting below answers.
1)They said techinction called me but I was not rechable( I was available and in case if I miss any called I get an SMS with number details. Technician didn't called me at all.
2)I said same to escaltion manager than he replied that there was some issue with local cable operators and they asked me to pickup a technician when he call me.
3)Till now technician didn't call me, but customer care executive told me that I already spoke to technician.
I really don't understand why your team is giving all false information and why they are delaying my connection.
Customer care put my call on hold for 30 min then it got disconnected.
Could you please help me to get my connection get installed at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any information from my end. Was this information helpful? |
