[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Received outdated product - Kent Grand Plus | |||
Respected Sir, I have purchased Kent Grand Plus RO on 3rd may 2017 for Rs 16200/- with a discount of RS 1000/-. The sales team intimated it is promotional offer with out providing any more information. However they have delivered the product which is manufactured in 2015. Hence there is water leak with in the machine itself. I have taken this information to Customer care officer of the sales team, However there are not willing to replace the product with new one. Hence i request you to direct Reliance digital to provide replace of the product with a new one or refund my money and take action on them for cheating the customers by selling outdated products in the name of promotional offers or discounts. Here by i am attaching documents with invoice and manufacturing date details. My name and contact number also available in the invoice details. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Bikash Sau, my mobile no [protected], the tv channel is out of service, it shows like bad weather condition.I complain to the customer care but not solve with in 24 hours but they told it will be solve within 24 hour.please solve my problemand call me for details.
