- From Reliance Digital, Moradabad, my family bought the Reconnect AC.
Due to some reasons, we changed the Lloyd Windows AC to Reconnect AC .
- Although we requested an updated bill in case of future mishaps, the store has not provided us with one. However, when I visited the store due to some AC issues, they asked for the updated bill and said they did not have any information on the Reconnect AC.
-Secondly, the service manager and the visiting person are so rude.
-Despite paying the advance for the faulty part, he blocked my number and has not ordered the part.
-I have been struggling with this for more than a week now. As a result of this terrible service, I will not be purchasing anything from Reliance stores and I will never recommend them to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
