Reliance Digital — reconnect ac issue complaint | |||
Getting f1 error in reconnect 1.5 ton ac.. Complaint registered with reliance digital customer care toll free no. On 9th may.. 60 days now... 21 calls and followups... Issue still remains.. Arrogant escalation desk.. Ac was under warranty till 25may.. Complain registered on 9may. Service guy visits on 9june.. A month later.. Post 9th june service of clearing dust..ac worked for 30 mins post the guy left n stopped.. Same day issue reported to that guy... He promised he will come next day... Wen he didnt turn up in 2 days... Complain registered again on 12th june... Now claiming that this is a new complain and ac is not in warranty.. N now asking money 4 spares claiming there is no warranty. Complained on twitter on 20th june.. Got a call back saying it will be fixed without any cost.. 2 days later got a call that they will replace it next day.. 5 days since then there has been no update.. Called customer care again every day since then.. On every call they say they will get back within 24 hours.. No one calls back.. Frustrated with this... Was this information helpful? | |||
