Lost invoice bill

I purchased aspire 6 captain marvel edition laptop in reliance digital in mantr square bangalore. On 2019 now my laptop got struck and not able to perform as good as it was then as the laptop was a display piece. Kindly send the invoice so that i can check my warranty. Asap...

Hi,

We raised the request ([protected]) for servicing and the engineer came and he did some cleaning work. After that ac was ok for two hours post that getting f1 display issue hence, switched off ac. Immediately the next day we called several times to the same engineer who came to our house. He did not pick our call then called his senior and asked to raise another request ([protected]) for the same issue. Another engineer came after three days and he told us that it will take another two to three days to repair as one part (Pvc) has to come from mumbai. Now it has been one week instead of two to three days but we are not getting any proper response from the engineer. Again they are saying to wait another one week till now that particular part is yet to receive.

Our ac was working fine after your engineer visit, it is not working. I can say that your engineer was not properly trained and he made some mistake in our ac. Who is going to bear all stupidity. We have two kids and they are not able to sleep properly due to this.

We have purchased reliance ac to get the better services however, our experience is bad. Even our relatives told us not to purchase a reconnect ac, as they don’t give proper servicing. We are struggling due to temperature and your customer service is pathetic. We have already extended our ac warranty.

Going forward, i am not going to tell anyone to purchase reconnect ac.

In short: your engineer came then our ac stopped working and we are not getting proper support from the reconnect service center.

    We purchased a laptop on 23 rd march worth 35 k. We were supposed to get a router along with the laptop. We visited the store in the may, and they said they will give router post june 5 since they have no stock. We are trying to reach them over phone but not answerable. We tried reaching multiple times. Not answerable. This kind of service might not bring customers back.

        I had purchased IFB 20SC2 Convection Microwave oven with Reliance Digital website and it got delivered at my Airoli, Navi Mumbai -400708, address on May 30.
        When I opened the box, I noticed that, the starter kit is missing in the box, which was mentioned on Reliance Digital site, in product description [ Key Features ].
        I had called Reliance Digital customer care on very same day of delivery i.e. on May 30 asking about the missing started kit [ PFA the call recording ]. The Customer care executive mentioned that he will forward the query to the concern department & they will get reply within 2-3 days. But there was neither a reply nor any complaint ID received .

        I tried calling again on June 03 to check the status of my query, the attending executive asked me to drop me a mail to Reliance Digital Cust Care email id, with the photos of box content, hence attaching a photo herewith with the received box content : 1] A microwave oven 2] inside microwave, there were 02 grills, 01 baking tray, 01 user manual, 01 cleaning procedure pamphlet & 01 metal tong .

        I have been calling till date several times to Reliance Digital customer care till date & every time i get a FALSE promises from the executive that he/she will arrange a call, but no one calls me, not even a single acknowledgement message is received

        THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL.

        Request you to look into my request & expect it will be resolved soon and I will be issued a starter kit as mentioned on the site.

          I placed the online order for a home appliance on 13th june and paid full amount upfront for a 48 hour delivery. (Rdf[protected]
          They have not delivered, or even sent a follow up sms or status till 17th june.
          Their customer service is pathetic and do not know why it is not delviered.
          Spoke to their supervisor mr. Lalit who does not have a clue either.
          Several customer care executives promised to give a call back regarding resolution but never called.
          Also, registered a complaint with them (Ref: edd[protected] but they have not taken a single action on this yet.

          I'd like reliance to resolve this asap and provide compensation for the wasted time.

            We all work hard to make a living. From that hard work money which we earn we by things with emotions and sentiments. I recently brought an ac (Panasonic) from thane ghodbunder reliance digital. Today morning i was expecting a delivery. Luckily i was down stairs when it arrived. But he way these people where unloading my property was way to unprofessional and not all handled by care. The dropped by ac too. For a min i thought it broke into two. Might have been as i didn’t unpack to see. When i told them what is the problem with you guys the delivery guys was like “apna thodi na hai, apne baap ka kiya jata hai”
            When i reacted that i am the owner and i won’t accept this order and i will complain about you. He then replied “ja jo ukhadne ka hai ukhad le” i was so devastated. I might not deal with reliance digital ever will inform the same to my friends and family. Why you hire such people?
            During this pandemic ppl are loosing job and getting salary cuts. He was not thankful that he has a job. This casual approach and pathetic attitude.. I can’t express in words what i felt.. The question is what if i wasn’t there? What if i had not witness that fall of my brand new ac.. I am sure they would have simply delivered it. Something of which we would have been unaware and then imagine few days later i will face issues with my new ac and the company will repair it not replace it. How would any of you will feel about this. Pls take this seriously. I am investing my time writing this.., hoping someone somewhere will read and take action.. Pls make customer experience good if not delighted.

                reconnect ac service

                I have a reconnect ac 1.5ton which is under warranty and one of its part is damaged which is need to be changed.

                The executive came home to repair but the part will come from bangalore, it's been a month unable to find the part then after talking to customer care for several weeks they agreed to take back the ac and refund 80% of purchase price.

                Now it's been a month our ac is not working neither they took...

                Dear concern,
                I had putted complain no# [protected] on 4th may reagarding ac. Executive visited and said one part is faulty and will replace with in 3 to 4 days. I spoke lots of time in call centere but no solution.
                One month has gone but i am still waiting for response.
                I am very strange this kind of servise is not expected from reliance. No body is bother about the complain and complain no# which is on 4th may. One and half month is gone and nobody is bother about that. Even ur area manager mr. Kapil he is not bother to respond my call as well whats app.
                I am ur customer and taking followups and fade up totally to call and call.
                I was forced to purchase that ac and sales person was saying that is reconnect ac which is reliance product, i do not have the words to say.

                  Dear Reliance Digital & Bajaj Finserv Team,

                  I am facing the problem since October 2019.
                  At the time of purchase nobody has told me about the sms which was sent by our registered number i.e. [protected]. So now 8 Months over today i am talk on phone to Mr. Mukesh Jha and some other person they told me that why you are not send sms its your fault. They told me about the coupon that if you are eligible then u got you are not eligible then could not got this coupon and also i am not got the cashback of Rs. 2500/- in our credit card also that was the same situation for the coupon and cashback also.

                  If they told me about the sms then why i am not send the sms, this is not my fault i am your valued customer and i purchased many products from reliance digital and i know that how to redeem and all etc.

                  So now i requesting you to please give the coupon and 2500/- cashback also as soon as possible and our 12000 coupon cashback + 2500 credit card cashback i.e. overall Rs.14500/- has been with you since 8 months. Who can bear his amount tell me.
                  I am writing many mails to you but my queiry has not been resolved yet.

                      I have ordered a window ac on 16th may, but i cancelled the order on 17 that i want to upgrade the ac.

                      Even after cancelation on 31 may it shows ac delivered, i have called customer care several times that i don't got the ac and even the amount is not refunded.

                      From escalation team reena chaudhary keeps on telling lie that the refund is intiatied and you will get the refund.

                      Today's its exact one month niether i have got my refund nor the ac.

                      Now reena is not even answering.

                      Daily i stay around 2 hours on call to reach reena.

                      Pathetic you guys are horrible customer service fake company.

                      If i won't get my money i will go to consumer court

                        Sir

                        I am a. Balasubramanian, working as professor at college of fishery science, sri venkateswara veterinary university, muthukur, nellore dt. Andhra pradesh,. I purchased one voltals 1.5 ton 3 star split a. C. Model 183v mzsb on 12.03.2020 from reliance digital, nellore. The product was supplied on 13.03.2020 and installed on 14.03.2020. But from the day of installation i. E 14.03.2020 the air conditioner is not working (Not giving cooling effect). So, i raised complaint with rescq of reliance service call centre. After two days 16.03.2020, one technician came and checked and said that everything is ok. Because of steel almiras in the room, there was no cooling.
                        But, it was not the case, i could found that the compressor is running less than one minute and shuts down. So, i immediately again contacted call centre on 21.03.2020 and raised another complaint no. [protected]. On 22.03.2020 one technician came and examined and left. Afterward no technician is turned up due to covid lock down from 24.03.2020 onwards. On 24th and 28th march, i received one message from voltas company stating that reschedule the service call for sending the technician again. Accordingly i tried to contact the service centre, but no response due to lock down saying that stores closed. Again on 25th april, 2020, i raised complaint no. [protected] online to reliance digital customer care but no technician was turned up due to lock down. So i again i raised on another complaint no.[protected] on june 5th, 2020 asking replacement of a. C. But my a. C is not yet either repaired or replaced by the reliance digital service centre. I brought the same issue to the sale point of reliance digitial, nellore on 10th june 4th but no response for replacement of a. C. The cost of the a. C is rs. 42, 690 including one year additional warranty and stabilizer.
                        My grievance is that we entire family is suffering without taking any benefit of buying a. C from 16th march to till date 16.06.2020 (Last three months), it put us lot of mental depression and agony. My children suffered due to summer heat and rashes because of non functioning of voltas air conditioner purchased from reliance digital, nellore. Futher, very slow response and negligence from the company people pained us lot.

                        Major problems of the a. C are:

                        1. External unit pcp board is not working and to be replaced.
                        2. Indoor unit has completely damaged or unfurnished evaporator fins and looks like damage one or faulty one.
                        I therefore humbly request that necessary action may kindly be initiated against reliance digital, nellore for replacement of entire unit of air conditioner at the earliest

                          Rconnect 1.5 ton split ac repair

                          As i started my reconnect 1.5 ton ac this summer, it was not working and i lodged a complain regarding the same with reliance on 14th april via email (Complaint no # [protected])

                          I understood current lock down situation and because of that only i waited long to get my ac repair.

                          Call came from reliance end that now their services are restored and they are visiting for attending the complain. And their service team came to my home for ac repair and told that its pcb problem and we need some time to transport the pcb from mumbai to delhi. Just after that when i informed them (Showed my warranty card) that my product is under warranty, then there response suddenly changed. They visited too many times just to void the warranty period.
                          From that day i am trying to contact reliance people (Through phone calls and email) for changing my pcb, but till now no positive response came.

                          From above it is very much clear that intentionally they people don't want to attend my complain, reason being the product under warranty.

                          Suddenly on the last day of warranty i. E 31-may-2020 their technician came and replaced the old pcb with the repaired one.
                          On the same day my ac did not work properly and again i file a complain to the customer team.
                          Till then one has visited and they are cancelling my call by their own. No one registering an complain against their technical team. I have complain many times since 31-may-2020. But till now they have not resolved the problem.

                          Is this the way of working and dealing with the customer

                            So i brought reconnect speaker on reliance digital (06.06.2020), delivered on 11.06.2020,
                            Speaker came defected,

                            (12.06.2020)
                            Luckily i got nearest hyper mall number, i called them said speaker was defected, they sent an technician to my home, he said that board was defected and he took pictures and he sent it to his technical team head,

                            Then i called customer care said these things happened they said they mailed you, i said you need to take action, they said you will get call from replacement team and now

                            14.06.2020

                            No replacement, no service,
                            They borrowed the money gave us defected products, speaker was lying at the basement a brand new speaker which i brought from my hard earn money not working, customer care doesn't even care

                            Take this as serious they won't do things at your favour, if they did they take half a month and your precious time to, so don't ever buy on reliance digital at e-commerce website

                                My laptop (it is a new branded Dell laptop and it's only 1.6 years old) got an issue suddenly which was in warranty period. Hence, I provided the laptop to Reliance RESQ since I bought the laptop from Reliance Digital, Perumbakkam, Chennai.

                                I handed my laptop to Reliance RESQ branch located in Nanganallur, Chennai on Nov 16, 2019. Firstly, they confirmed that the issue will be resolved within 15 days. But till date (12th Jun 2020), they have not provided the laptop to us.

                                Even they are not being provided proper response so far. The technician is redirecting to his lead, then lead to manager, then manager to branch owner and so on, but we didn't get our laptop back. Nearly, 7 months we are continuously following with the Reliance RESQ team and every time we will get the answer that we will get the laptop in the next 2 weeks. We are really frustrated, and we feel depressed due to Reliance RESQ unresponsiveness behavior. Still it is a mystery to us to know where our laptop is.

                                In this COVID situation without our laptop we are really struggling to do work from home.
