Hello,
We are using this AC since a year and there was no issue with the motor.
Now they took the AC to their service centre for cleaning and now the motor is not working as per the technician. I doubt they must have replaced the motor with the faulty one.
Also, if the AC was dispatched from the service centre to our place, it was not checked whether its working or not.
Since 17 days we are facing this mental harassment and what we get to know that the AC motor is not working. This is kind of service we are getting.
I feel you people are taking your customer very lightly. Now after 2 days one engineer came for installation of AC & now today he is saying there is damage in Motor .
Again it will take 2-3 days for & they don’t have pick up the call.
It’s like for damage they have taken my AC & not for repairing. Was this information helpful? |
