Dear Sir, I am Ashish M. Shahare, From Gondia Maharashtra with my Mobile no. [protected]. I order Two Reconnect Collar Buddy Bluetooth Earphone on 2nd Octomber 2020. It delivered on 4th October. On 5th October I raised one of my product is losing connectivity and request to exchange. as per customer care suggestions I went to reliance store and technician confirm defected, same I and technician informed to you so many times to return. After 2 days of that same issue is with second product also, I repeat the same procedure. But still I didn't receive any confirmation and follow up from your side. Everyday I call and inform you but still there is no development and it already 20 days is passed. So, I request you to please Return my Money and collect you defected product when you wish and convenience. This is the worst experience I ever felt with Reliance digital, earlier I purchase so many product from store. Please Do development as early as possible.
