Reliance Digital — ReCONNECT Microwave

I had purchased a Reconnect Convection Microwave Oven Model - RHMCB 2501 on 09-Nov-2012 which came with a warranty of two years. Unfortunately, one of the PCB of the Microwave was blow away during first week of January 2015, just a couple months after the warranty was expired. The PCB was repaired on 10-Jan-2015 for which I had to pay a charge of Rs.2376 for the services, the representative (technician) who came down to fix the issue, had insisted that I should go for an AMC as the product will NOT last for more than 5 to 6 months. My question to that technician was, does your product life lasts only for the warranty period; his response was this is how the company thrives. I didn't pay heat to his insistence, as luck would have it, again my microwave broke down on 26-May-2015. I had a very hard time to get a technician to come down to fix the issue. The customer care at the Satyam Towers (Reliance Digital Show Room) told "It is just NOT possible to send somebody before 48 hours", I tried to make him see reason that shall I go hungry for 48 hours as I cannot cook, his reply was "I can NOT help it". He gave me a compliant number ([protected]) and asked me to speak directly to the service center. Are the customers supposed to speak directly to the service center???? At the service center one Ms. Roshan Ara picked up the phone after a continuous ringing for more than 5 mins. I asked her when will the technician visit to fix the issue (as accordingly I can plan the time for my office), she very rudely said it is NOT possible to say anything at the moment as she will come to know only the day after who and when the person is going. The next day (i.e. 27-May-2015) when I called up the service center, they directed me once again to the customer care. There the Customer Care told me that the technician will directly contact me, we waited for a long time but on one called. Finally some one called "Amit Barua" came and told that - "there is no serious issue, it is the cockroaches that get into the oven and only a servicing is required", he did the servicing and charged Rs.300 and told "everything is fine now" and left. This technician 'Amit Barua' categorically stated that - as the product warranty is over, it is going to last for few months. Again today (28-May-2015) when I started the oven, the same problem persisted, therefore, instantly I called this number[protected] and reported that the problem still continues, the lady who took the call told me that a technician will visit once again today morning. But, till 12.30 PM when no one turned, once again I called up the above stated number, there again the same lady questioned me back "who told you that some one will visit today morning". When replied that she only told, she said in next two hours time some one would certainly visit. I kept waiting till 4.30 PM, no one came, so again I call the above number, initially it was engaged, but later it kept ringing no one responded as I kept trying the entire day no one either responded or came. Can you please let me know what is seriously wrong with my Microwave? Does the Reconnect Microwave does NOT work after the warranty is over and it needs to be thrown away? How much I have to pay for the wrong diagnoses by your incompetent technicians and suffer the harassment every other day? Can I expect my problem will ever be resolved?
