While purchasing Panasonic Split AC 1.5 Ton (Model No - CS-UC18RKY3-2) on 03-May-15 through Bajaj Fin EMI CARD for value INR 30490.00 (CIN No - U01100MH1999PLC120563), we were told that it has display model. But after purchase and delivery, we observed that said model does not have display mode. While purchasing, we insisted for display mode and we were mislead by the sales person telling that the model mentioned above has display mode. Also, we insisted for YC-18RKY3 reason being it has display mode. But the sales person that us that the only difference between the two was that YC-18RKY3 model is old one and CS-UC18RKY3-2 was new one. Next day (04-May-15) we queried on the same with sales person and the person also admitted that above said model not have display. Hence, we asked for cancellation of the order including cancellation of Bajaj Fin loan and refund of loan amount of value INR 30490.00. But till date we have not received any proper response from the branch, nor able to reach out to the branch manager in-spite of regular phone calls and daily visit to the store in person. We highly appreciate your intervention to cancel the order and Bajaj Fin EMI at the earliest. It’s already been 4 days since we raised the and the same is yet to be actioned.

Hi Team,

This is the same reply I get every time I send a reply. Can anybody let me know what is going on. When
others are able to reach me without any problem, why only reliance is not able to reach me. This is
very pathetic to receive such a reply from Reliance. My alternative no - [protected]. Alternatively if
you could share your no, it would be great and in turn I will try to reach out myself.

    I have purchased Voltas AC 5 star from Reliance digital Nagpur last summer I have not received any service from reliance digital nor from Voltas. i have visited more than 5 to 6 times in store the person there say the will send for service in 2/3 days but they have not send any one .the they have given one number but the guy did not turned out and your no is not registered. that is not my fault. On today day the reliance people say you will have to pay for service and have to take extended warranty. But why should i Pay extra for service if i have not received any service my no [protected] [protected]

      i have ordered a fridge from reliance digital..it was ordered on 3/5/2015..and it was told that it will be delivered next day or a day after next... i was waiting in my home for the order since 4th that the fridge will come...every day a driver calls me and say he is going to bring my fridge and so you be the home..I was waiting whole day on 4th..and same thing happened on 5th and 6th...today the driver said you wait till 12 in night i will bring...about more that 100 calls i have made...i have all the recording of conversation with the driver and relience people.. i am very harassed mentally ...and i dont know what to do...no responce from any one

      I went to Reliance Digital show room, (Door No. 192, East Veli Street, Survey No. 9, Madurai, Tamil Nadu) to buy Television ( Sony Led New KD-49X8500B), They have promised me to process loan in Balaji Finance with 0% interest, They have asked me to submit few documents to process my loan further, i have given all necessary document to process the loan further, Immediately they loan has been approved for Rs. 1, 18, 000 and I got SMS from Balaji Finserv stating that My loan has been approved for the amount of Rs.1, 18, 000, then i asked the showroom person to delivery my product, they were telling to me that as of now they don't have stock for the particular product and will be able to delivery in 3 days. But till now i haven't received any product from them and now they are saying that someone has come with my name and signed on delivery note instead of me and they delivered my product to them, how could it be possible without my knowledge and signature, they delivered the product and moreover, They are refusing to give invoice & delivery address to me, now i don't want any product and i need to cancel my loan or product has to be delivered.         This is in continuation to my earlier complaint submitted on 1st May 2015. Complaint no.70005183. Registered mobile no. [protected]. Contact no. [protected] So again for this complaint they called me to the store on 1st May 2015 and asked me to follow some steps in paytm app to get the voucher offer and then they asked me to wait another 48 hours to get this voucher credited to my paytm wallet. Already 48 hours are over and still i havnt got any voucher. And without solving this issue again this complaint has been closed. This is really pathetic . This issue will be raised to higher management of reliance digital.

          Dear Customer Service Team,
          this is a complain regarding reliance digital store in phoenix mall, chennai.
          I tarique mohd. ibrahimi had given my laptop for repairing on 5th april 2015 for sound system repair, initially it committed from your store that they will be giving it to me within 3-4 working days, since then i have called them several times regarding the status of my laptop but they are postponing the delivery of my laptop without giving any appropriate reason. Today(2nd May 2015) i have been to the store for collecting my laptop (as committed by them) bt still i got the same response as earlier. For your information i am in desperate need of my laptop as my final exams are starting from monday itself.

          Store like Reliance Digital should not humiliate the customer in this way as you guys carry a big reputation and trust. Look into this issue and resolve it immidiately.

            I had purchased a mobile phone (samsung galaxy A5) on 11th April 2015 from Reliance Digital Store in Mall at Kandivali East. At the time of selecting a phone, one of the executive of the store assisted me to shortlist a mobile phone which was SAMSUNG A5, the executive also told me about the ongoing offer on that phone that I will get a Rs 3000 voucher of PAYTM in 48 hours by just installing the app and creating an account and so. But its been 20 days as on today I have not received the offer stated by them. I called the executive to assist me for the same but he gave me his manager's number to talk to him about this issue, but everytime i call the manager his number is always switched off. Again i contacted the executive but he is unanswerable about that. Then the other day i registered one complaint at Reliance Digital Customer support regarding the same on 18th April 2015 ( complaint no.[protected] for which i didnt get any resolution, then i called the customer care today (1st May 2015) to check the status of the complaint..the answer i got from customer care is that "sir your complaint has been closed". Now how they can close my complaint without any resolution. today again i have registered a complaint for the same (complaint no.[protected].                 Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I bought samsung 1.5 ton A.C. from reliance digital Inorbitmall at Hi-Tech City, at the time of bill payment they promised (orally) us that delivery and installation will be done within 4 days but they failed they took more than 7 days it is my first complaint and second one is my brother and I purchased 2 godrej A.C.s on 26/04/2015 they promised us that they will deliver the products next day i.e. 27/04/2015 but again they failed to keep their promise, I went to inorbit mall to check the status on 28/04/2015 now they are saying it may take morethan 2 days to deliver the products and after delivery 2 more days for installation, I am not happy with this if thye are not able to keep their promise they should not do that.

                    I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 625 mobile from Reliance Digital store in Great India Place Mall, Sector 38 A, Noida on 01 Nov'2014 vide Invoice No. C#17940000 S#8951 The mobile was with 12 months warranty and I have paid Rs.429 additionally to extend the warranty for another 12 months. Now the mobile has a problem and I took it to Nokia Service Centre at Vaishali Ghaziabad today on 27th April 2015. They have refused to rectify the problem because the mobile is out off warranty. After detailed investigation, they told me that the warranty of the mobile given by Nokia was expired well before the selling to me and Reliance should have updated it in the Nokia database.                         Sir, We have purchased a Samsung A.C 1.5 ton on 6th April 2014 at RELIANCE DIGITAL at Chrompet. I have insured this plan for 3 years RESQCAREPLAN. We have a problem in A.C for 2 months. We have call the toll free number for complain this is the number [protected]. I have call 3 times for the problem they will send the technicians. The technicians will come and see the A.C. First time they came and see the A.C but we have the chillness problem in A.C and then they didn't response us. Second time they came and then they fill the GAS but still we have the chillness problem in A.C. Then for third complain they came and they tell we need to change the volve for the A.C and then they went after that they didn't response us. So we went directly to the showroom to complain about this issue. After that also they didn't response us. So we went directly to meet the manager to cancel our insured plan because we didn't get any benefit of this plan. But the technicians were cheated us we are waiting in showroom to see the manager but the working employee came with a person he wears a uniform as well as the employee so we asked the Manager I.D card but he says manager wont wear I.D card. We have a doubt on the manager because the manager name is GOPINATH, but the person tells his name is NICKLE. The manager and technicians were cheated us. So we need solution for this problem, so we want to cancel our plan and please refund the money we have paid for the plan there is no benefit for this plan.

                          I had problem with my double door whirlpool Refrigerator, The cooling was on less in lower compartment so I called Whirlpool and they denied helping me or even registering my complaint. And they told i have to talk to Reliance Digital as i have purchased the fridge from them. So called Reliance digital and they arranged an engineer who did not knew what to do in this fault, So he then arrange a call for another engineer who came the next day and he did some work on the fridge and after an hour as he left my fridge stopped working completely. So i called Reliance again and now after 2 days they arranged another engineer who came and told its a gas problem so the fridge has stopped working and told to call reliance and get another engineer who will do the gas work. So now this time a third party engineer came and told its a Compressor fault, So he took all the bills and told will arrange a compressor. After 10 days compressor came and then the engineer came after 3 days and he did all the work and told it will be fine, but still it did not work, so after several complaints and call to reliance this time they decided to take the fridge to service center. And then they kept the fridge for 2 weeks and then after several calls and a heated conversation with the manager name : Abraar who was rude and abusive, I spoke to franchise owner who passed me to his boss, Anil singh who assured i will get my fridge back, so after 3 days i got my fridge back and its body was damaged from outside but fridge was working, but it worked only for 3 days then it again had the same problem. So this time i was afraid to reach Reliance and called Whirlpool and requested help with additional cost, they arranged an engineer and who told it was the compressor and will need to replace it and will be charged for compressor and gas and visit charge and gave a quote of RS 7000.00 So i called reliance again and they told not to call Whirlpool and will try to fix this issue and within weeks after again follow up they this time arranged a Whirlpool engineer who has not changed the compressor but has charged to change the gas even when the compressor is in warranty. I am really unhappy for the run around given to me from Whirlpool and Reliance digital and would never ever recommend Reliance Digital and Whirlpool to any one. As i paid 50 k to purchase a fridge and its approx 2 months now still struggling to get this problem rectified. Also i am collecting all the paper work and job sheet from both companies and will file a case with consumer court for the harassment and in appropriate services from both service provider.                             INSTALLATION PERFORMED BY OTHER VENDORS WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL INVERTOR AC. I purchased a LG Inverter V on 3rd April 2015 from Reliance Digital, Calicut. Installation was done without giving a demo for my parents on my absence. My parents were complaining that it was not working fine. Hence I went to my native place and checked. It doesn't even cool the room after working for 24 hrs!! After complaining, technical team from LG came and confirmed that the AC has problem with its cooling system, may be due to gas problem or improper installation. Next day Reliance sent the same people who installed the AC and they were saying that the problem exists due to fluctuation of electricity!! We have been using refrigerator, TV, Computer, Pump Sets, Washing Machines etc in our house, which never face these problems and our eyes are not blind to verify the fluctuation of electricity. I checked the electricity flow and found there was no fluctuation of electricity. We checked with our neighbors who are using normal air conditioners. They also don't have any such problem. It has almost passed one month of summer and we couldn't make use of the AC we purchased. BETTER YOU TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT AND RETURN THE CASH. Ambalangadan Muhammed.

                              Dear Sir, Reliance Digital has cheated us. We wanted an AC in our room for which the sales manager recommended the particular model. But unfortunately the product I have received is does not cool a room of size 10'x15'. We lodged a complaint with LG and got the AC checked thinking that the gas has leaked but the engineer checked it and found no problrm.He was confused of the model and thought its a 1 TN AC. Although the bill says 1.5 TN, The model number does not appear in any LG site or anywhere on the net. We are not able to sleep in the night due to suffocation and not sufficient cooling. We need your intervention to get the product replaced immediately with another model.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, last month I purchased an split A.C 1.5T 3 Star from reliance digital at phonex mall Lucknow they charged 3 mtr connection pipe only after that they charged Rs.900/Rmt. and within 15 days its not working properly and fully breakdown many times i call to reliance personal and store in charge to take care it because of it used so important in our hospital ICU(high importance job) still they are not entertaining me.I'm not satisfied with Your service and going to consumer forum for file a complaint against Reliance Digital that all.                                     I have been facing issues with my 400L double door refrigerator since 2 months. Instead Reliance preferred to sell me their AMC and took Rs 4000 plus from me with a promise that not only the Fridge will be repaired but also other installations in the house like AC and all will be taken care over the AMC period. They have not done anything, we are depending on neighbour refrigerator in this extreme summer on a day to day basis.                                     Yesterday(22nd April) a lady called me from your 44722222 at around 5 pm saying that the part(PCB) is now available and by tomorrow it will installed on priority. It is 02.45 pm now, and no one has bothered to come or even inform me about the status. Are you passing time, I am sorry me and my family are losing patience, all options are open.

                                      Dear Sir, This is with reference to wrong product(AC) sold to me. I have purchased LG AC from Reliance digital, Kandivali Branch on[protected]. I wanted AC with 4 way airflow and same thing was asked by sales manager about 20 times and he confirmed that its a 4 way air flow AC. We had doubts as it was nowhere mentioned on the product, on the brochure or even on the net. Hence we took it in writing from the sales officer that its a 4 way air flow AC, When the AC was delivered ie on 13.04.15, we realised that it's not 4 way air flow AC. We contacted the reliance digital store and was informed that the sales officer was not aware about the product and he sold the wrong product by mistake. Now if we want the AC with 4 way air flow, we need to give the difference amount and we have to wait for next 8-10 days. I am in chembur, Mumbai and staying at top floor and it is almost impossible to spend even a single day without AC. I have paid the whole amount on 12.04.15 but still the AC is not installed at my house. I want to complaint against the Reliance digital and want the ordered AC immediately and if failed I want the saving account interest of 4 % since 12.04.15 We have been cheated by reliance digital and more importantly we are unable to sleep in night because of hot and humid weather of Mumbai. I am awake in the night and complaining for this, time now is 02:30 am.                                         Dear Team, It seems i have done a biggest mistake by purchasing a product from Reliance Digital and now i don't have any option but keep on begging to various departments so that my problem gets resolved. We have purchased a 1.5 ton Videocon AC on 29th Mar' 15 and the installation was done on 4th Apr' 15. The AC worked fine for first 5 days and is dead till today, I have been calling your call center everyday and what i receive is only false commitments and yes number of reference numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]). I sincerely request that please take back your faulty product and for god's sake don't take service installation for AC's. Let the respective company do their work and stop troubling and harassing customers. Please close down you ResQ service, it's horrible and not customer centric. Once again i request to take back your product and refund our money, i promise would never purchase a single product from Reliance Digital in future and would never trouble you guys with my calls and mails. regards, Prakash Mane [protected]
