I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 625 mobile from Reliance Digital store in Great India Place Mall, Sector 38 A, Noida on 01 Nov'2014 vide Invoice No. C#17940000 S#8951 The mobile was with 12 months warranty and I have paid Rs.429 additionally to extend the warranty for another 12 months. Now the mobile has a problem and I took it to Nokia Service Centre at Vaishali Ghaziabad today on 27th April 2015. They have refused to rectify the problem because the mobile is out off warranty. After detailed investigation, they told me that the warranty of the mobile given by Nokia was expired well before the selling to me and Reliance should have updated it in the Nokia database. This is a negligence on Relinace Digital part and I am now without a mobile. To contact me, please send mail on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

      Sir, We have purchased a Samsung A.C 1.5 ton on 6th April 2014 at RELIANCE DIGITAL at Chrompet. I have insured this plan for 3 years RESQCAREPLAN. We have a problem in A.C for 2 months. We have call the toll free number for complain this is the number [protected]. I have call 3 times for the problem they will send the technicians. The technicians will come and see the A.C. First time they came and see the A.C but we have the chillness problem in A.C and then they didn't response us. Second time they came and then they fill the GAS but still we have the chillness problem in A.C. Then for third complain they came and they tell we need to change the volve for the A.C and then they went after that they didn't response us. So we went directly to the showroom to complain about this issue. After that also they didn't response us. So we went directly to meet the manager to cancel our insured plan because we didn't get any benefit of this plan. But the technicians were cheated us we are waiting in showroom to see the manager but the working employee came with a person he wears a uniform as well as the employee so we asked the Manager I.D card but he says manager wont wear I.D card. We have a doubt on the manager because the manager name is GOPINATH, but the person tells his name is NICKLE. The manager and technicians were cheated us. So we need solution for this problem, so we want to cancel our plan and please refund the money we have paid for the plan there is no benefit for this plan.

        I had problem with my double door whirlpool Refrigerator, The cooling was on less in lower compartment so I called Whirlpool and they denied helping me or even registering my complaint. And they told i have to talk to Reliance Digital as i have purchased the fridge from them. So called Reliance digital and they arranged an engineer who did not knew what to do in this fault, So he then arrange a call for another engineer who came the next day and he did some work on the fridge and after an hour as he left my fridge stopped working completely. So i called Reliance again and now after 2 days they arranged another engineer who came and told its a gas problem so the fridge has stopped working and told to call reliance and get another engineer who will do the gas work. So now this time a third party engineer came and told its a Compressor fault, So he took all the bills and told will arrange a compressor. After 10 days compressor came and then the engineer came after 3 days and he did all the work and told it will be fine, but still it did not work, so after several complaints and call to reliance this time they decided to take the fridge to service center. And then they kept the fridge for 2 weeks and then after several calls and a heated conversation with the manager name : Abraar who was rude and abusive, I spoke to franchise owner who passed me to his boss, Anil singh who assured i will get my fridge back, so after 3 days i got my fridge back and its body was damaged from outside but fridge was working, but it worked only for 3 days then it again had the same problem. So this time i was afraid to reach Reliance and called Whirlpool and requested help with additional cost, they arranged an engineer and who told it was the compressor and will need to replace it and will be charged for compressor and gas and visit charge and gave a quote of RS 7000.00 So i called reliance again and they told not to call Whirlpool and will try to fix this issue and within weeks after again follow up they this time arranged a Whirlpool engineer who has not changed the compressor but has charged to change the gas even when the compressor is in warranty. I am really unhappy for the run around given to me from Whirlpool and Reliance digital and would never ever recommend Reliance Digital and Whirlpool to any one. As i paid 50 k to purchase a fridge and its approx 2 months now still struggling to get this problem rectified. Also i am collecting all the paper work and job sheet from both companies and will file a case with consumer court for the harassment and in appropriate services from both service provider.           INSTALLATION PERFORMED BY OTHER VENDORS WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL INVERTOR AC. I purchased a LG Inverter V on 3rd April 2015 from Reliance Digital, Calicut. Installation was done without giving a demo for my parents on my absence. My parents were complaining that it was not working fine. Hence I went to my native place and checked. It doesn't even cool the room after working for 24 hrs!! After complaining, technical team from LG came and confirmed that the AC has problem with its cooling system, may be due to gas problem or improper installation. Next day Reliance sent the same people who installed the AC and they were saying that the problem exists due to fluctuation of electricity!! We have been using refrigerator, TV, Computer, Pump Sets, Washing Machines etc in our house, which never face these problems and our eyes are not blind to verify the fluctuation of electricity. I checked the electricity flow and found there was no fluctuation of electricity. We checked with our neighbors who are using normal air conditioners. They also don't have any such problem. It has almost passed one month of summer and we couldn't make use of the AC we purchased. BETTER YOU TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT AND RETURN THE CASH. Ambalangadan Muhammed.

            Dear Sir, Reliance Digital has cheated us. We wanted an AC in our room for which the sales manager recommended the particular model. But unfortunately the product I have received is does not cool a room of size 10'x15'. We lodged a complaint with LG and got the AC checked thinking that the gas has leaked but the engineer checked it and found no problrm.He was confused of the model and thought its a 1 TN AC. Although the bill says 1.5 TN, The model number does not appear in any LG site or anywhere on the net. We are not able to sleep in the night due to suffocation and not sufficient cooling. We need your intervention to get the product replaced immediately with another model.                   I have been facing issues with my 400L double door refrigerator since 2 months. Instead Reliance preferred to sell me their AMC and took Rs 4000 plus from me with a promise that not only the Fridge will be repaired but also other installations in the house like AC and all will be taken care over the AMC period. They have not done anything, we are depending on neighbour refrigerator in this extreme summer on a day to day basis.                   Yesterday(22nd April) a lady called me from your 44722222 at around 5 pm saying that the part(PCB) is now available and by tomorrow it will installed on priority. It is 02.45 pm now, and no one has bothered to come or even inform me about the status. Are you passing time, I am sorry me and my family are losing patience, all options are open.

                    Dear Sir, This is with reference to wrong product(AC) sold to me. I have purchased LG AC from Reliance digital, Kandivali Branch on[protected]. I wanted AC with 4 way airflow and same thing was asked by sales manager about 20 times and he confirmed that its a 4 way air flow AC. We had doubts as it was nowhere mentioned on the product, on the brochure or even on the net. Hence we took it in writing from the sales officer that its a 4 way air flow AC, When the AC was delivered ie on 13.04.15, we realised that it's not 4 way air flow AC. We contacted the reliance digital store and was informed that the sales officer was not aware about the product and he sold the wrong product by mistake. Now if we want the AC with 4 way air flow, we need to give the difference amount and we have to wait for next 8-10 days. I am in chembur, Mumbai and staying at top floor and it is almost impossible to spend even a single day without AC. I have paid the whole amount on 12.04.15 but still the AC is not installed at my house. I want to complaint against the Reliance digital and want the ordered AC immediately and if failed I want the saving account interest of 4 % since 12.04.15 We have been cheated by reliance digital and more importantly we are unable to sleep in night because of hot and humid weather of Mumbai. I am awake in the night and complaining for this, time now is 02:30 am.                       Dear Team, It seems i have done a biggest mistake by purchasing a product from Reliance Digital and now i don't have any option but keep on begging to various departments so that my problem gets resolved. We have purchased a 1.5 ton Videocon AC on 29th Mar' 15 and the installation was done on 4th Apr' 15. The AC worked fine for first 5 days and is dead till today, I have been calling your call center everyday and what i receive is only false commitments and yes number of reference numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]). I sincerely request that please take back your faulty product and for god's sake don't take service installation for AC's. Let the respective company do their work and stop troubling and harassing customers. Please close down you ResQ service, it's horrible and not customer centric.                         Hi, I am a customer of reliance digital kota rajasthan.On the 31st of march i purchased 2 samsung digital inverter ac's worth rs 1 Lac. On the very next day of the installation i have launched a complaint to the manager that the ac is not cooling. Since that day i havnt received any call or sms regarding the visit of service engineer. I plea if you cant fix my problem atleast make sure the fix your own problem related to the staff. If you cant hire efficient staff then close your store, there are many options available in the market.

                          I recently[protected] bought a videocon dth connection from Reliance digital, Annanagar east, 3rd avenue. I met a guy named charles and he promoted this videocon dth product by giving me a pamplet, making false promises that i would get all the channels in that pamplet for free for the first month. I asked him about this offer more that thrice and he confirmed that i will get all those channels for free. It has been almost a week now. till now i didn't got the channels which i was promised to get. i used to call him daily over phone and he used to say that i will get the channels tomorrow. i got frustated and went to the store last night[protected] to meet charles in person. but he left the store. someone gave me another persons (riyaz) number and asked me to call him for any videocon related queries. i spoke to him just now and he said that i wont get those channels. so finally i got cheated and there is nothing i can do. this happens only in india. big stores like reliance digital selling products like this is really aweful and i wish some one should take action against them and help me get what i was promised. or get all my money back. i would never buy or recommend anyone to buy any product from this store.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, 1.I have purchased one Refrigerator of Whirlphool brand 340 Leters few days back from Reliance digital Mahagun Metro mall. 2. After repeated reminders, The concerned staff delivered the dented piece. 3. I put this issue with service engineer Sh. Sharma, who visited during installation, he forward the complain to concern department. Despite of repeated reminders to Store Manager Sh.Hitaish & his assistent Sh.Vipul, no attention was paid by them to resolve the issue, I have requested them to replace the item with New one, for which I have paid money. We have visited 5 to 6 no. of times to concerned store to state & resolve the issue.. 4. After my husband & myself visited 5 to 6 no, of times to store to resolve the issue, then only Sh.Hitaish told me that he can further give 5% discount (as per dented item policy), as new item (piece) is not available. I have given my agreement also for this, due to this harassment for visiting again & again to reliance store, despite of having so many works in life. 5. Now despite of repeated follow ups he is neither interested in paying the said discount nor he is replacing the dented item with new one. 6. He is simply threatening us "JO KARNA HAI KAR LO". 7. In view of above, You are requested for the followings: a. Arrange to take necessary disciplinary action against Sh.Hitesh & His Assitent Sh.Vipul, as they are simply cheating the customers. b. Arrange to resolve my issue with compansation. Please note that now we can not visit the concern store for any resolution, some body from store has to visit us. We have already wasted so much of time due to THESE CHEATERS. OR 7.                               Hi, I have purchased a Samsung inverter ac on[protected] for rs 44490 with tata finance and got a worst experience in reliance digital chromepet chennai branch. they have given two defective ac's one with dent and another one with defect in indoor unit and they have took 10 days to replace the first ac to second ac and the new one also defect and not working.The technician are concentrating on selling ac outdoor unit stand and insulation tapes, the technician are careless handling the new ac. I want to cancel the tata capital finance and please take back the ac I am totally frustrated with your service.                                 My smart card no[protected] and contact no [protected] reliance digital tv technitians changed the set of box two times in the time gap of 15 days i.e.March 18th and 2nd April 2015. I paid Rs 500 on 18th march 2015 by recharge. But you deducted again Rs 500 on 3rd April 2015 from my account and suspended my account. It is against the warranty of 3 months for the new set of box.                                   Dear Mam/Sir, I had purchased an LG front loading washing machine from the Reliance Digital outlet in Banjara Hills on March 23, 2015. Tariq was the sales man. While purchasing i has clearly asked him will the hard water affect the washing machine (since we have hard water supply in our society). He said no it doesnt. Its a stainless steel drum and nothing happens to it. The detergent softens the water for a better wash quality. I got the delivery on March 25 and the installation happened on March 26. The technician Mahesh was very good and explained me everything about the machine. He suggested that i should buy and extended 2 yrs warranty which was also offered in store and i brought that. Then he asked if i wanted a trolley which i had initially refused but later on my husband's recommendation asked him to order for one which was delivered even before he left. This was amazing service. Then he mentioned that I should get a water softer attachment as the hard water will scale the drum. This attachment costed INR 1500. I had already spent (21990 on the machine+1200 on the trolley+300 for extended warranty). Now the additional cost of 1500 shook me. I had clearly asked before making the purchase about this but i was assured that hard water will not affect the machine and I explained this to Mahesh who immediately connected me to his supervisor Wazid over phone and me, Wazid, Sushil (Reliance Banjara Hills-After Sales Support) and Tariq were on a call. (Mind it if you tried calling the store the number will either but always busy or there would be no response). Tariq accused Mahesh of being a sales man trying to sell his products (Mahesh would have better technical knowledge versus Tariq being just a sales person) on which Wajid corrected him and told him how Tariq had shared wrong information with me. I told Sushil you either bear the expense of the attachment or you immediately take the machine away or you replace the Drum once it scales. He said he will do neither since this is a regular wear an tear of the machine. The warranty from Reliance promises part replacement and/or fixing in case of issues. Finally there was no conclusion to the call. So i decided to write to you for your help and guidance to get them straight. How can they fool a consumer like this by giving wrong information. Every one has a budget suddenly my 22k machine now costs be about 27k! Agrees the 4200 was by choice but this 1500 who will pay for it ??? Why should i pay when i was assured that hard water wont affect the machine. I am using the machine now but i wonder how many customers have been cheated like me ??                                     Complaints 1> Cheating 2> Blatant lie, saying complaint is recorded on visitor's book rather than put in complaint box (we confirmed with customer care) 3> Shameless unapologetic behavior Our complaint number recorded with customer care service is[protected]. Yesterday on 4th April 2015 we visited Reliance Digital store in Borivali (West), Mumbai to purchase a washing machine. Staff at the store, her name is Dipika offered us a display piece of washing machine Whirlpool White Magic Royale 6512SD at a discounted price of Rs 11, 160 (the price and other details were mentioned there on a cardboard). We liked the deal and booked the washing machine and made initial payment so that nobody else purchase it. For this booking, the store staff gave us some gift card slip instead of any booking receipt. We went to the store today on 5th April 2015 morning to take the delivery of the machine. Everything went smooth, we bought trolley and washing machine cover. The staff took our signature on one declaration form as well. We also decided on the delivery date. However, at the time of payment, the staff at the store asked us to pay Rs 15, 000 and told us that today the price has changed and we need to pay higher price. We were shocked and told them that we booked the same machine yesterday at Rs 11, 160 and even today morning the display price was the same. The store manager Mr. Saurabh Gupta and Ms. Chetna told us that max they would reduce the price by around Rs 1, 000. Same, Ms. Chetana on another issue started boasting her junior that her commitment is everything, showing the double standards of the store staff. This is the same store, which hardly anybody in the Borivali visits and we were thinking why it was so. Now today we came to know why nobody goes there to buy anything. That is because the sheer cheating of the staff. It was unfortunate on Reliance's side as well, as we were thinking of purchasing Samsung smart tv which was available at Rs 39, 900 with a hefty discount. I am pretty sure, the staff would have changed the price of the same when we were about to purchase the product. We asked the store manager (Saurabh Gupta) to show us complaint box but he gave us visitor's book and asked us to write whatever we want. This visitor book had comments other than complaints with no serial numbers. Although we mentioned our complaint in that book, we don't believe that it would come to you as the page has no serial number and could be torn apart. Forget the senior staff, even the lower staff of the store is very smart and he has written complaint date[protected], proving that the whole store is fraud and cheats its customers again and again. We have clicked the photo of our complaint in that so called visitor's book. We also complained on the customer care number where we came to know that Reliance Digital has a facility of complaint box. We wasted more than 2 hours in the store, thinking that we would purchase the washing machine. However, not just they wasted our valuable time but also blatantly cheated us with no apologies on their faces. It’s a shame that you appoint such a staff which has no value of commitments and could easily cheat anybody.                                     I purchased a Samsung air conditioner from reliance digital online on 4th of May 2022. The product was supposed to get delivered by 5th of May and that did not happen. Raised complaint several times but no resolution. Sent E mails but no proper answer. Beware do not but anything from reliance digital as they are forfeitingconsumers money. My order id is RDF31992478. Complaint id is DR01841103. Complaint raised on 5th of May. Do not buy anything from reliance digital.

                                      I've bought LG 42inch tv, reliance people promised for replacement of my old tv, and they have betrayed me in every step from installation of the tv, to my replacement. First they said I would be getting 3500 for my old one, but now they are saying that ill be getting only 1500, after 1week of my purchase, they have wasted my time by late installation and sending the vendor very late, and now I cannot return my tv, because within 1 week u can return your new tv. Ive unnecessarily trusted reliance people. Betrayal in every step.

                                        i have purchased an air conditioner of 1ton of LG from reliance digital store at ghodbunder road thane west store, and the related sales person committed to install the product within 2days..that should be on 1st april 2015. but today 4th april yet delivery is not been done of the above mentioned product..and they have no courtesy or manners to inform us for the delay with the appropriate reason. when i called up to know the status of the delivery process then everytime they promised me to call back within 30minutes with a reply but till the time no call back recvd from the store. even we visited and met the store manager named PRAKASH, but no response and no satisfactory answer from him too.. this is v shameful for such a reputed company to behave like this with their costumers... please consider this complaint as my request and reply with the updates... for the further shopping from reliance stores is a question mark because of this unprofessionalism..
