[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — reconnect thump 2

I have bought a relaiance manufactured sound/ audio system on 12 of august, after using it hardly for 3 to 4 times, there is a problem with the speakers / sound. I am very unhappy with your product and would like the issue to be solved asap and treat this as a high priority.
This is the first time i have shopped at reliance digital and disappointed with the service offered by the staff at the store.

My speaker reconnect thump 2, is not starting its not charging anymore, the charging micro usb port is not working so what should i do, can it be repaired? And if yes then where should i go?
