[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reconnect tv 39 inches.. 20 since complaint lodged till now no solution | |||
Sir, we bought reconnect 39 inches tv in march 2017 with registered mobile number [protected]. On september 08th tv got inoperable with pcb box problem. We lodged complaint on 9th september they gave us complaint number and assure us service but 20 days completed till now no solution they given us.. After days i mailed to reliance digital customer support head and bm regarding this and recieved calls from them they also told us they will solve problem. They are all fake promises to a customer.. Poor service from reliance digital.. The local reliance digital manager giving irresponsible answers when we asked about the same.. Since 20 days we are tv less in home.. 7 months not completed from we bought the tv. Poor quality devices.. They are attracting customers with low cost tvs with low quality devices with poor service.. Please make us a better solution for this.. Thanking you sir Was this information helpful? | |||

Everyone saying the same .. even the customer support head and nalgonda local reliance digital manager .. no solution till now ..everyone asking 24 to 48 hrs time to solve the issue .. waste of time and waste of money better don't choose relaince for smart TV .. #reliancedigitalservice
