The tv remote (Smart) is not working properly. This is the 3rd time i am registering this compliant in the recent past 2 months. The service engineers came and informed us to change the battery but they have failed to overcome from our complkiant. This time kindly send the engineers in the evening after 7.00pm, which will help to explain about the issue in person with them. N. S.
