Reliance Digital — Reconnect TV issue

Address: 488D,barthi nagar south. Kumbakonam, tamilnadu

We have purchased TV on 2017 at ambattur branch of reconnect tv.with extended 5years warranty.
Still we having warranty upto 1 year,
Unfortunately we have problem with tv panel for this service person saying we cant able to repair and will refund of 20% from bill amount. Which he told is not far.
In this 3 years there are multiple problems in reconnect tv
We trusted reliance but its fell like wrong decision.
Kindly help in this .
