[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reconnect tv issue is pending from 3 months | |
This is ranijth purchased reconnect tv from reliance digital. The tv speakers are not working and smart tv functionality also not working (Like videos are not playing from youtube, not able to see the installed apps. Etc). I have complaint regarding this almost 3 months back. But till now the issue is not resolved. Other than resolving the issue they are closing the complaint. When i call to customer care they are creating the complaint again and saying going to be resolved in 24-48hrs and closing the complaint after few days without resolving it. Like this they are closed 5 times. I have mailed to cshead, same is repeated they are created a complaint closed it without resolving. Then i mailed to ceo of reliance digital, till now no response from him. See the attached mail screen shots for reference. Please take necessary action on the responsible persons and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I already waited more than 3 months, please ask them to take their tv back and refund my amount. Nov 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The took the TV and refunded 70% amount of TV value. It took around 2 weeks time for completer process. I am satisfied with the resolution. Thanks.
