Reliance Digital — Refund delayed for 20 days

I ordered I phone 13 128gb in reliance digital online shopping app on 16th March and the delivery partner didn't deliverd my order to me due to absence of GST bill and E way numbers on it and they returned the ordered by them self back to reliance digital store and still I didn't received my refund money... It's 20th day since they returned my order but I didn't get my refund and I even lodged complent 3 days back and they said me to wait 72 hours and still I didn't received my refund... It's really getting worse, daily am calling to customer care service about it and they are not responding properly...

They are just providing fake promises
this is the worst customer care service I have ever seen

So please help me to get my refund money of 71900 rupees to my original payment mode from fraud reliance digital app

It's been 20 days since return date
