I have ordered a Samsung A8 tablet from reliance digital app on 30.04.2022 with order No. RFD31786911. For which I made a transaction of 17172/- INR from my axis bank debit card. After 2 days of order, I received a call from representative and she informed me that due to inventory issue we are not able to fulfill the order. Within 2 to 3 day you will receive your refund in bank account. But even after 15 days I have not received refund yet.
In last conversation with they said "We Would like to Inform You that as we checked with the concern team refund has been initiated here is the reference number[protected] please check with the nearest bank."
I checked with bank they provided me statement of account and it is not showing any refund transaction during 30.04.22 to till date made by reliance digital Was this information helpful? |
