Hi, I purchased a Mac air laptop with reliance digital on 16th April 2022(RDF[protected] using my credit card emi payment .As there was no shipment details of the product and no proper customer support i had to cancel the product on 22nd April 2022. When followed up on the refund amount, it was said the product has to reach the warehouse for the refund to be initiated.On continuous follow up i finally received an answer that the product has reached the warehouse and now the amount will be refunded in 3-7 working days.I had sent an email on 2nd May, 5th May, 17th May, and the answer is the same, that they have escalated the details with the respective team . My last call today 19th May with the customer service has the same answer that the complaint is considered and working on it.My credit card has already initiated the payment and I am forced to pay the amount for the product not been purchased...I am really worried as it is not a small amount (Rs.84900)..
