Very bad experience don't buy from here as I have bought a product and it has 7 days refund /replacement only stilling submitted on very 1st day only and I bought this product on 22nd and given back to reverse pick up on 23rd only still I am the one who is following up and they only said we wil get back we have escalated the issue and non sense Buy it from Amazon they have the best refund replacement no question ask 30 day policy that's why they rupe this market and they will because of this type of service from Indian company reliance digital is flop totally big time no no no no no 👎

Today just now refund has been received from reliance digital thanks and though delay happend but its sorted now so I don't have any complaints now thanks consumercomplaints.in for escalated my genuine issues

My money also not came yet, .after 7 working days, may be they are running business based on our money return holding long time and getting interest from outside, very shame. My PS5 order June 21st and ordered cancel July 8th and July 19th created another complaint due to not return money and they are saying wait 72hours to close the subject. Am pretty sure worker are well trained to make no of days delay to pay the return money.
