[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Refund not received. Poor customer support

I cancelled my order I’d - RD33814643 on 19th jun 2022 . I have complained customer care 3 time they haven’t responded. Although I have cancelled my order on the website it says shipped, arriving today . I have not received my refund till now

I called the customer service head he asked me 2 days more I received the refund
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My money also not came yet, .after 7 working days, may be they are running business based on our money return holding long time and getting interest from outside, very shame. My PS5 order June 21st and ordered cancel July 8th and July 19th created another complaint due to not return money and they are saying wait 72hours to close the subject. Am pretty sure worker are well trained to make no of days delay to pay the return money.
