[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Refund not received yet for a defective smartwatch which is returned

Hello Team,

This is with regards of my refund amount of Rs. 13, 490 that is not processed yet of a defective smartwatch(RDF[protected] that has reached to the warehouse team in 1st week of April 2022.

There is no update inspite of regular followups via calls and emails. I am highly disappointed with the service. Please resolve it and get my amount refunded ASAP.

The company has texted me on my mobile for refund initiation on 27th April after no. of followups via email/call and has been refunded today finally. Thanks!
