This mail is regarding my One plus Nord CE2 which was purchased on 6/3/2022 and insurance for display protection was taken for the same.Since my phone fell due to accident my display was broken and hence wanted to claim my Insurance. Hence the company insisted to pay Rs.999 as service charges which was paid on August 1st and the service people delayed in picking my phone by 8 days and they collected my phone on 8th Aug 22 for which I have an acknowledgment ( serial no: US5KN8BVQEO) and ticket no( AMS-MOD-LOL-UHTNF). The service center people took one month time to resolve my issue in spite of Insurance & Service charges. And my phone is being rebooted without my consent( Violation of Consumer right to be informed) my phone has valuable data everything related to my work, Now after keeping my phone in the service center for one month you guys are saying will get your old phone repaired.I need a replacement of phone same model or Reimburse my Invoice amount & and I refuse to accept my old phone after the TAT period.With regard to the same I have escalated the issue to the consumer Redressal Forum (NCHSMS) Docket no[protected]
1) Not providing the service within the TAT period
2) Violation of Consumer right to be informed( Before rebooting my phone)
3) Right to service within stipulated time when service charges are paid.
