[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Regarding installation of sony led tv 50w950d | |||
Dear sir/madam, i have purchased sony 50 fhd 3d smart led tv 50w950d from rrl cdit iscon mega mall s g upper ground floor iscon mega mall near rajpath club sg road, ahmedabad 380054 on 24th june 17 and that has been delivered on 26th june 17.Delivery no-[protected]. And i have not got any kind of installation conformation by any mode .Only delivery person inform us tomorrow the technician will come to fix the led.But no message or any other mode of communication i have not received from reliance end.So 27th morning i call to your customer care and ask about the status of the installation the customer care person inform me that the technician is on the way he will reach my place by 30 minutes.So i waited for him whole day and not get any phone call from reliance end so i called the customer care again and got the reply till 6.00 pm they use to give service in outdoor units and after 6.00 pm they will visit for indoor units .So technician will visit my place by 8.00 pm.I waited and nobody visited on 28th june 17 too. So on 29 th morning i call your customer care and ask about the status of the installation so they registered call complain no [protected].And through message inform me that technician has been assigned to attend the complain. Now its 10.00 pm of 29th june 17 yet no body visited my place to install the unit .On 29th june 17 near about 10 times i called up your customer service desk but they are not able to give any kind of reply for same around 8.50 pm i talked with one of the customer care executive mr sachin walanj and he talked with me so rudely and reply me that the assigned technician will reach to my place by 9.30 pm on 29th june 17 and he has taken 100% guarantee of same but nobody has turn up . This is the worse experience i ever faced from any retail chain unit.So i did the biggest mistake by purchasing this from reliance digital.Hence forth i will never ever purchase any thing from reliance nor recommend any body to take any thing from reliance digital.
