Reliance Digital — regarding issue with image on screen

I have purchased reconnect tv from reliance digital last year.. Suddenly since one week unable to see image on tv... Sound can be heard but picture is not showing on the screen... Facing this problem since 1 week.. When we on the tv it is not showing the image on screen directly the voice is heard. I even want to replace the remote... Take my issue seriously and solve the issue as soon as possible
