I am Amit from bhubaneswar.I bought a jiofi on thursday.Its been 4 but there is no information about my jiofi activation. I also haven't got msg for televerification till date. The situation is so bad that you can't even ask in the digital store because they are occupied and they seem. helpless. Please activate as soon as possible.

A couple of day back i received a new remote control against the faulty (which is within the warranty period) but it was not paired, so it is not working . register a request 4 days back, reminded 2 to 3 times no one has come yet and even stopped picking my phone.
