I bought whirlpool 215 fridge online from Reliance Digital which was delivered on 25th March 2022 and which I got the manufacturing defect which the company was informed on 26th March and the company was told that we have not updated the product yet on 27th March On calling again, the company was asked to email the picture after which it would be seen by the engineer.
But the complaint was not filed and no response was given. On March 28, the company filed a complaint on the call and on March 29, the company's engineer saw and immediately sent the video and photo to his team, about which I called the company many times and also sent mails, no update till date. The given is being avoided by saying only time is taking, whose complaint no is PR01725564. To which no response was given till today 26 April 2022. Calls are being avoided saying high priority.
In which the CEO was also complained and there was no response from his side.
No meaningful effort has been made by the company, this is the service of the company, I am feeling cheated.
