[Resolved] Reliance Digital — regarding warranty of my laptop | |||
I had bought my laptop one year back from a reliance digital store in phoenix market city, whitefield, bangalore. Two months later the edges of my laptop broke despite being placed in the laptop bag i got from the same store. About a month later, the screen acquired some blurry white blobs of discoloration and it's still there. As i got to the second year, my laptop became extremely slow. It wouldn't turn off sometimes even if i switched it off. About three months back, one day i noticed that the mouse pad had actually gone inside into the keyboard. Very recently the inverted comma button in the keyboard goes on clicking itself. Recently i had reported all these problems at the nearest reliance digital store in koremangala. However they sent me back saying that they can't do anything since i didn't have the bill for the laptop. They weren't able to track my bill and i had to go back home.
