Had purchased lg front loading washing machine direct drive (Lg wmfh0h3ndnl02) on 26.11.2017 from reliance retail ltd, fortune plaza, benachity, durgapur 713213, west bengal (Cin no. U01100mh1999plc120563). They promised to deliver it to my permanent home address (Rampurchak, shyamchak, debra, paschim medinipur, west bengal 721301) on 2.12.2017. Till 2.12.2017 afternoon, they told that the product will be positively delivered by 6pm. However we have not received the product yet. However after that we started to communicate the service manager of the store (Ms. Farha parvin). But she gave ambiguous and cold responses and blamed the dc (We don't know what dc means!). After repeatedly calling her, she directed the call to dc (Mr. Gaurav dey). He told that it will take time and has again given another person's number (Mr. Snehasis).
During purchasing the product, we asked the store to deliver the product on saturday. During working days (Monday to friday) it is difficult for us to take the delivery so we asked them to deliver it on weekends. After their commitment to do so we made the full payment instantly. The registered mobile no. Of purchase is [protected]. But still now we are unable to track our product. After buying such an expensive thing, this kind of harassment is unacceptable. Every person is blaming another person and giving somebody else's name and number. They are more active during selling things but after payment they are least bothered. Still now there is no assurance. Feeling robbed and helpless. Who will compensate for this harassment??
