I have Reliance RESQ Extended warranty, my Samsung AC was throughing Error PC 00 and PC04 on 19th September, Team visited promptly with in a two days but they where unbale to resolve the issue immediately and they mentioned that PCB board need to be replaced and they left, not its neary 20 days I have not received any call from any one. I escalated many time via email and by calling customer services but I just get a reply with in a day my issue will get fixed but nothing happens
I'm really frustrated with support and service provided by Reliance RESQ. There is no Grevience team who can address the escalation.
Now I am wondering why did I taken the services from Reliance. If Reliance is not correcting their support and services this will impact their name very much Was this information helpful? |
