My reliance digital big tv is showing poor signal from past 4 weeks and i am tired calling customer care every day, they are only registering my complaint id and they are not sending anyone to my place. Even customer care told me to renew the plan so that they will look after it, as my plan was expired so i was not able to get the customer service. So even i had renewed it by paying 270rs. Still, there is no one has come to my place for 4 weeks.
Reliance digital tv is worst they told me that customer executive will charge me around 200+ and anything he does have to pay me extra. On this note, i still agree with all the terms still, the executive had not arrived.
I am facing loss of 270 rs. + without tv is so frustrating + call on customer care on daily basis. I am not free whole day to deal with all this.
