Reliance Digital — Reliance Digital Delivery Delay of Blue Star AC

I purchased a Blue Star 1Ton AC on 16th April 2022 from Reliance Digital's e-commerce store. The delivery was promised on the 17th and 18th of April but still not delivered till 19th April, when I am writing this complaint. I called customer care on the 18th of April afternoon and they raised a complaint ticket and asked me for another 72 hours to resolve it. Then I had mailed them and today they generated another ticket where they claim to contact the delivery service and asked for more time from me to resolve the issue. I do not know what will be best for me to do now, I am really not happy with such an experience.

I have not received my delivery yet. The order details are shown on the image.
I think there is no option but to cancel the order now. I am totally frustrated with the service. None can give a proper information.
