I have bought the Reliance BPL TV from Reliance Digital website on JAN 2022 order No : RDF26007535 . It had a problem on 23 October 2022 and raised a complaint . They told due to technical reason we cannot repair your tv we will replace with the new tv,
They created a new order : RDXF[protected] for the new TV and Told that once old tv is picked we will deliver the new TV. . They picked the old TV from my home. On the next day
12 Nov 202, Without any information from the Company side they cancelled the order RDXF[protected]. I reached the customer care, They told me that due to technical problems the order got cancelled, you will get a refund .
After submitting all the required documents, From 12 Nov to till today I have not received the refund amount. Every time when I called customer care, They used to say the same word "As soon As Possible" .
I am facing a problem after buying "BPL TV" from reliance from 23 oct 2022 to till Today. After promising the refund on 12 Nov 2022 Till now I did not get a refund.
