[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reliance led tv - complaint about service issue | |||
Dear Team, I am writing to you as a complaint with high dissatisfaction with your service and level of management. Recently I brought one TV from Reliance digital sector 29 Gurgaon. TV is not working properly since 1st day for which I have raised several complaints. In my last complaint your senior engineer suggested me to change the TV by coordinating with showroom. I got a call from service team and said we cannot change the TV and they closed my request mentioning that customer don't want service support. Attaching snapshot.
