Sir/madam My self s. Gautam i bought a sony32 inch tv with extended warranty in reliance digital one and half year before, addition extended warranty cost rs5000/-, Now my tv is have some panel issue and i gave complaint on 06 of december and some people also called me like service supervisor, service manager, sales manager and one ceo madam also called me and said 18 of january is the last day to solve the issue, Today afternoon i mailed to that ceo madam for reminding and now another ceo sir replied me by mail as soon as possible your tv was repaired that means he mailed for postpone the day...
