[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Reliance resq service center not fix up the problem of my product ,after taking more than one month . | |||||
I, Pramil dwivedi, submitted my camera on 20 august 2016. i go resq service center for more than 5 times to receive my camera and still they did not do any thing regarding my product's defect that they note down in my job sheet. They compel me to take the product non-repaired. The exact words that they said to me on my last visit on 23 September 2016 - "hum esse jada nhi bana payege. hum toh camera lete he nhi hai. aap Reliance Digital chale jaiye. humne to sony service center se banwaya hai." i kindly request please take the appropriate action and fix up my problem.
