I ordered the LED TV from Reliance Digital store, Karnal, Haryana on 7th April. However, later I decided to cancel the order and talked to customer care and they suggested me to refuse the acceptance at the time of delivery and I did the same.
Now, store manager refused to refund the amount and asked me to take refund in form on reliance digital card, which I don't want.
I registered the complaint yesterday and complaint reference number is[protected].
I received the call from store and they again refused to refund the amount. Kindly ask the store manager to refund my money.
