I have purchased a Hisense 43 inch UHD android smart TV from reliance digital on 17 Jan 21 of Rs 29000/- and it got defetive in Nov 21. With the lots of efforts service engineer visited to my place and checked the TV. He told that he will submit his report to company and someone will contact regarding repairing. Next day when I approched them, I was told that TV got defective due to physical damage and does not come under waranty. The repair cost was told to me is Rs 29000/- equal the cost of TV. However, there is no physical damage in TV. Photograph is attached for refererence. On impress upon by me, he told that he will speak to his higher rep and come back to me. However since last 3 days no one had spoken to me. I have written 2 emails also but was futile.
I dont under stand why Hisense is not interveing to resolve the issue and give the benifit of doubt to the customer and repair.replaced my TV under waranty and take the defetive part for their R&D to understand the cause of defect. It is therefore requested that my case may be escalated at appropriate level to resolve on priority.
