[Resolved] Reliance Digital — replacement of part not arranged for water heater under warranty | |||
I purchased a o smith water heater from relince digital on 14/08/2017. The product has got warranty of 2 years as per the instruction manual provided with the product whereas the sales person is adamant that her system is showing only 1 year warranty which has expired, hence replacement of heating element would not be done by them although customer care executive of a o smith is confirming that the product is under warranty. A o smith does not maintain a services outlet in jabalpur hence unable to provide the same directly at jabalpur. Was this information helpful? | |||
