Reliance Digital — Request for a detailed Invoice for my laptop

I have purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop on 23rd January 2021. This laptop comes with a pre-installed MS Office which a consumer has to activate. But unfortunately, I am struggling till today to activate it.
I approached Lenovo. I wasted one month.
I was referred to Microsoft who gave me a solution.
The solution is that SELLER should mention on the invoice that MS Office pre-installed. Surprisingly, Reliance Digital writes everything on the website. The same is printed on the laptop packaging.
But till now no one in Reliance Digital is willing to help me.
I have written to CS Head & BM.Bade. I am still awaiting solution.
Am I asking for something which is not under my consumer right? Am I asking anything other than what has been promised to me while buying the product?
I request your help please.
