[Resolved] Reliance Digital — ResQ Extended warranty failed | |||||
On 24 September 2016 a work order was placed a technician came and said a replacement part is required and it takes 3 to 4 days for the replacement, today is 9 September and we are still waiting for the replacement part. Called customer services numerous times, send mail to customer support head and customer support managers, no response except the system generated replies. Please understand that the reason we go for added warranty or ResQ is for a peace of mind and not to worry about equipment damages. Was this information helpful? | |||||
