The ResQ services should be renamed UNRELIABLE & GET LOST SERVICES.
When you buy a product they sweet talk you into purchasing the ResQ plan which gives extended warranty for 4 years after the brand warranty of the product.
Thereafter you can keep complaining no one visits you . The irresponsible service centre owners are RUDE. they cancel your complaint without sending any technician. And then you get an sms to rate the services!
2 Complaints within 3 days and one week later still no technician. They are supposed to service the ACs too. They are Not committed to it.
TOTAL FRAUD
