I ordered a laptop on 8th jun and saw that I didn't included the bag which was free so I called customer care and asked what should i do they told me to cancel it and put a new order including bag.so I did it ut when I cancelled the order after 5-6 hrs status changed automatically to invoiced .I again cancelled it but it was not getting cancelled so I talked to customer care guys and they told me there is a bug in the site and we can't cancel it so you have to return it when it gets to you. Now I have received two laptops worth 65000 each and want to return the one that I don't need. So the customer care guys are telling that its not our policy
