I have ordered a loyyed AC from reliance digital on 30-May-21 and i got the mail that it will be deliver by max 8-Jun-21. but i did not get any shipment details yet also their customer care said they have no idea about the delivery now i have cancelled my order but did not get any info about refund kindly refund my money. I cant afford this loss

    I ordered Daikin AC on 3rd May. Received wrong model so requested for Replacement but product not received. So cancelled the order on May 19th 2021. Till now my refund is not received. Customer care is not helping me .it's been more than 20 days

      I placed an order for kentmaxx water purifier on 18th May. it is more than 18 days now and the customer care executive has no idea about the status. sometimes they say it is shipped, sometimes say it is in return status. the tracking link provided by them says it is shipped.
      i call customer care daily about 5 times daily. they have no answer and no help.
      i have not got any mail or message about the return or refund of the product.
      i have spent around 8000 rs and I am frustrated, as I am not getting any help.
      and there is no lockdown related issue in my area as all other amazon and flipkart deliveries are perfectly fine.
      what should I do.

        Dear Sir,

        I bought a Midea air Conditioner of 1 ton capacity on 09 April 2021 from the online store for Rs. 23169. It was delivered to my residence on 10th April 2021, and installed by your technician on 11th April 2021.

        The day it was installed, I told your technician at the same time that this AC is not working properly. But your technician said that the head will be fixed after a short time.

        Since 14 April, 2021 I am only doing a Complaint and I was being given only consolation. Many times your technicians have come and checked. Then after April 24, your Reliance Resq people started its return process and since this process has been going on till date.

        On 19 May 2021, by your technician, the AC was removed from the wall and packed. Since 19 May 2021 I am just following up. I am consoled daily that you will get a call within 48 hours but there is nothing left but just wait.

        What type of your process is I am not able to understand till date. I request you to refund my money and when you wish, you can take the AC from here so that I can take the second AC.

        I am disappointed with the way everything was handled. I believe you look into the Matter Asap and refund my Amount and I also hope you'll take the necessary action and why they installed defected ac and after that it's been two month and problem remains the same

        So it is humbly requested to kindly refund my amount as soon as possible so I will purchase it from somewhere else.

          I purchased an iPhone on 28th Dec, 2020 from Reliance Digital website.

          There was an offer of INR 5000 cashback on one-time full payment with HDFC Credit Card. Since I paid through HDFC Credit card, I was entitled to a cashback of INR 5, 000 within 120 days of the order.

          It's been way more than 120 days and I still have not received the cashback. I tried contacting the customer care, sent multiple emails but to no avail. They are not even replying to my emails.

          I have attached a screenshot of the product page (taken at the time of placing the order) along with the offer details for the reference.

            I ordered an APPLE IWATCH SERIES 6 from RELIANCE DIGITAL(Online) on 8/5/2021
            Order ID-RDF11360901 with a delivery promise between 9-13 May I paid an amount of ₹48900/-.Till 13th May I didn’t hear anything about delivery status on 13th contacted reliance digital helpline and inquired about the status of my order I was made to understand that the item has not been dispatched yet and may take a longer time. Since I was purchasing this item as a gift for someone and the watch was not expected to reach by that time hence I was forced to cancel the order on 13th May 2021 subsequently not hearing anything about the refund I made queries with reliance digital both telephonically and through email. I was made to understand time and again that the refund will be credited back within 7-10 working days unfortunately reliance digital is not bothered to refund the amount and giving lip service only. I never expected such unethical and uncooperative and very unprofessional behaviour from a reputed brand like reliance digital i was a regular customer for the company but they have lost my trust and I am not hoping that this amount will ever be refunded to me(₹48900/-).May god help this company.

              Hi, Sir my name is Siddharth. Am purchase a new led from reliance digital on 9 January 2019. It is on my mother's name Mrs. Rekha Devi and my registered mobile number is [protected] And it's company warranty is 2 year and also i extended the warranty of led for more 2 years but in April month 2021 there are some issue in led and when i complain to reliance rescue department regarding my led problem on 17 April 2021 complain number [protected] and in 24 -48 the technician came to my house and check my led he said that there is fault in led panel and he say that he change it and after 7-9 days he came with a new led panel but it was broken so on that day my led panel is not change. Also on that day the company guys says that he will change it but till 19 may 2021 my led panel not changed and on 19 may again am raised new complain because my old complain was close without solving my issues . My new complain number is[protected] after there the company guys call me and say that he is giving me some compensation amount but till 3 June the company didn't gave me any compensation amount and am irritate with this company because the goodwill of this company is good but the employees not do there work properly.

                I orders a Daikin 1.5T AC in reliance online portal on 30/05/2021 and the product got delivered on the next day 31/05/2021. But their status still shown as not delivered and they are not providing invoice and installation. For installation I already paid Rs.1179 separately.

                Their customer service peoples doesn’t have clarity and they told we don’t have any data and send an email to CS email. Moreover, they are so arrogant and disconnected the call continuously if I asked to connect the call to their senior person.

                Before do the payment on online portal I called the customer care and clearly asked about the installation and they promised it will completed in 24 to 48 Hrs.

                Not as a third day I am sitting with unpacked box and don’t know when can I get the installation. Now I can’t go to other technician, since they collected already money for that and it’s non refundable.

                They are not even providing the invoice for the amount which I paid. Pls help me to resolve this.

                  Received damaged refrigerator with dented door from the company. Even after 1 month and several calls to the store, service centre the issue has not been addressed satisfactorily. The mail written to the concerned teams elicits similar copy paste replies with no line of action in place.
                  At first they denied replacing the fridge but assured the door would be replaced. Now they are denying even that and trying to calm us by saying we will provide you 1500 gift voucher.
                  This is now bordering on mental harassment with no solution in sight from the company end.

                    Sir,
                    I purchased a Home Theatre named Sony HT-S700RF worth Rs.37, 190/- from Reliance Digital (online) vide Order No. RDF11436131, Dt.10.05.2021 which was delivered on 11.05.2021. During the order, I opted out installation of the product (chargeable) as it was optional. Soon after delivery of the product, I called the Customer Care Number of Reliance Digital (available in the official website – reliancedigital.in) enquiring, “Should I engage a Reliance technician for installation of the Home Theatre? If I install on my own, shall the warranty of the product stand void?” The customer care executive replied that the system can be installed without the help of a technician and thus the warranty would not be affected.
                    Owing to my unwell condition, I let two days pass and opened the packaging in the evening on 13.05.2021 and found that Remote Control and the Wall Mount Template were missing as per Checklist mentioned on Starup Guide provided in the box. At first, I reported this fact to the Customer Care Service over phone. The executive asked me whether these missing items come as a standard packaging material.
                    Then I reported this fact to [protected]@ril.com through an e-mail message along with the scanned copies of the Invoice and screenshot of the checklist carved out of the Startup Guide (both attached herewith also) as attachments at 10.44 AM on 14.05.2021. On 16th May, received a message questioning whether the system was installed by the technician. On the same day, I replied that I did not opt for installation by technician during pacing the order.
                    Having received no positive response, I escalated that matter to Head of the Customer Support at cshead.[protected]@ril.com on 19th May and the CEO at bm.[protected]@ril.com on 21th May, leaving standard waiting time defined by the company in between the help desks.
                    On 24th May, received a phone call from the local Reliance ResQ Team at Bhubaneswar and was enquired about the matter. They deputed a Sony Company Technician on 28th May. Pathetic matter is that as intimated by the Sony Technician, he was deputed by Reliance ResQ grounding “system not working”! He reported the fact about items missing.
                    On 30th May, another personnel from the local Reliance ResQ Team called me and asked me about the Sony Technician’s association with Sony Service branch. Now when I called both the ResQ personnel, none of them respond.
                    Reliance Digital is playing hide-and-seek game with me. The higher authorities of Reliance Digital keeping silence, the local authorities’ responsibility shifting – all intended to harass me – they are neither providing me with the items for which I have paid the price nor denying me of the same.

                      I have ordered laptop on 25th May 2021. Continuously following up with customer care team for timely delivery. Now it's more then seen but still I haven't get delivery and customer care not able to contact courier partner. I have escalated to Customer care head as well but still didn't get any promised date yet. Atleast here I might get any help. Expecting delivery asap.

                        I have purchased LG Dual invertor on April 1st 2021. After 25 days of the installation, had an issue with gas leakage. We have complained about the issue and got it resolved after 10 days with lot of struggle. Again now we are facing the issue after 20 days. (We are getting ch 38 error on the display which indicates insufficient amount of gas we assume). When we checked with the technician previously we were told there were no leakages. This is not acceptable if the issue reoccuring. Kindly look into it and provide an update.

                                My product is delivered 3 days back, no installation was done.
                                I've been contacting everyday for installation and the person i spoke with on 26/5/2021 behaved irresponsibly with me and cancelled my service request.
                                "Dear Customer, As per your request, service request No. [protected] dated 26/05/21 has been cancelled based on your confirmation. For any queries please call [protected] or login to resQ app https://t.jio/RelresQ ."

                                Instead of scheduling installation, the customer care executive cancelled my service request. This is utmost disrespect and negligence towards customer.
                                No after sales support, really disappointed with reliance digital.

                                  Reliance digital karnal is not picking up calls and when i go to the showrrom they closed it at 11:30am only instead of 12:00pm so please take a strict action ..
                                  Becouse no one has a free time atleast they have to pick calls and entry and exit as per schedule

                                    I am really disappointed with my first experience with Reliance digital due to below concern of my order:

                                    1. Item is defective from inside and not in working condition it means dispatched without proper checked of item.
                                    2. Replacement item is not yet dispatched however replacement is confirmed.
                                    3. Defective item is not yet pick-up by your courier partner however I have received message on 18/05/2021 and on 20/05/2021 & 21/05/2021 for pick-up.
                                    4. This is looks like you are not putting trust on your customer as the condition to dispatched the replacement item after pick-up of defective one which is getting delayed from your side is not appreciable.
                                    5. It seems your are enjoying customer money as your working capital.
                                    6. I have marked so many mails but no response either on mail or on phone for my problem.
                                    7. Today on 24th May 2021 my replacement order is also showing in cancel status with out confirmation from customer.

                                      This is Giridhar Reddy Bojja (Order No.: RDF[protected]. I have purchased a Philips 146 cm (58 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 7600 Series 58PUT7605 television on May 21st, 2021 9:00 A.M. the reliance digital team confirmed my order on May 21st, 2021 9:30 A.M. The reason for this email is, I received an email saying my order was canceled due to lack of stock and mentioned the refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. I am 'not ok' with the refund as I need my ordered product as soon as possible.

                                      After the order is placed and it been confirmed, I have called the reliance support team with the customer care number[protected] almost 4 times from yesterday to today evening to know the status of my order, and they promised me that the order is confirmed and will be delivered on-time. This is the response I received from the support team when I called them. To make it precise, I am listing the time when I placed a call with customer care: Call 1) 21st May 3:10 PM, Call 2) 21st May 4:47 PM, Call 3) 22nd May 4:08 PM, Call 4) 22nd May 4:55 PM. Please get the call recordings and listen to the conversation which I had with customer care. I clearly asked them whether my product is safe and will it get delivered on time? The response I received was, "it is confirmed and will be delivered as promised." I also received an email from reliance digital saying my order was partially shipped on 21 May at 7:15 PM. Finally, I want to say that my order was confirmed, then it was partially shipped, which I have confirmed with customer care almost 4 times. Now I receive an email saying my order is canceled due to lack of stock. What kind of service is this? How come a confirmed item is out of stock?. I checked the product online now, and it shows in stock for a different price. How come an item is out of stock and can be in stock online and in the store? So now the price is increased, so you don't want to deliver the product who ordered when it was on offer? Is this the service reliance digital is providing to the customer? This is the terrible experience I had with the reliance digital.

                                      I want my product which I ordered, and I do not wish any refund. With the confirmation of product email, partial shipment email, and verbal communication with the reliance customer service, I was told my order was confirmed and delivered on time. Due to this confirmation, I donated my old television to the poor people near my house; I do not have a television in my home now. Suppose you guys don't have a product in stock. In that case, you might have informed us right away. How come you send a confirmation email, shipping email, and verbal statement by your staff saying it will be delivered on time. Now you say we cancel your order. Due to your email and customer care misleading me, I sold my old television, and I don't have a television in my home now. I want a television now. I want my order to be delivered, and I do not wish for any refund.

                                      Suppose I am not getting my order delivered on time. In that case, I have to reach out to the higher authority and file a complaint with the consumer court on the same. I have every proof to prove my case is right, and you guys made a mistake. I am a criminal lawyer, and I know how to handle this case. I suggest you should deliver my product on time as I ordered and as your promised.                                       Today again at 10:00 AM, I placed call to customer service again, they promised my order will be delivered by end of the day. What's happening? Are you guys trying to fraud customers by emailing them saying your order is cancelled due to lack of stock. I called reliance digital stores and enquired about the product, they said it's available and ready in the store. You guys are playing with customers. I want my product at any cost. If its available in the store, I can pick it up if you guys want to. Do not say it is out of stock, I have checked both online and with the offline stores, the item is the stock for 47500. I need my product
