Reliance Digital — Returning a product

I ordered a cooler online and the product was delivered next day . The delivery guy said us not to open it until a installation person comes and does it. No one came for 2 days and wen we called customer care they said no one will come and asked us to open it ourselves . On opening it we found that the parts were missing and hence I raised a request to return the product . Initially the product said it was not in their clause to return the product . But when I showed the info which was in their website to allow return, they asked me send pictures multiple times . After that they called my father several times, spoke rudely, visited our house and checked the product and placed it back and box and left without giving any info .after multiple emails also there is no response and so guidance or information on the status of my complaint . This is just cheating
